Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of nolimitcoins.live and all services provided through it. Read them fully before registering. Creating an account or placing any wager constitutes acceptance of all terms below.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use NoLimitCoins. Players must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

Access to certain features may be restricted based on your state of residence. It is your responsibility to verify that online gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction before registering. NoLimitCoins does not accept registrations from states where online casino gaming or sports betting is prohibited under state law.

One account per person, household, device, or shared IP address is permitted. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed with balances forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Verification

You must complete the registration form accurately and keep your login credentials confidential. NoLimitCoins is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that occurs because you shared or inadequately protected your credentials.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within 90 days. Accounts that fail verification checks will have withdrawal access suspended pending review.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes, including source of funds documentation for large transactions.

3. Deposits

The minimum deposit is $20. Deposits are credited in USD regardless of the payment method used. Crypto deposits are converted to USD at the exchange rate applicable at the time of network confirmation. NoLimitCoins does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.

Deposits must come from payment methods owned and controlled by the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits made via a method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be reversed.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is $50. Standard accounts have a per-transaction withdrawal limit of $5,000. Higher limits are available for VIP tier accounts at management discretion.

Processing times vary by method. Crypto and e-wallet withdrawals are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Bank wire transfers take 3 to 5 business days after internal approval. No withdrawal fees are charged by NoLimitCoins. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals will be returned to the deposit method by default where technically possible. If the deposit method cannot accept withdrawals, an alternative will be arranged through support.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts are eligible for a 100% deposit match up to $500 on the first qualifying deposit of $20 or more. The bonus is credited to your account within 24 hours of deposit. The wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount and must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

5.2 Game Contributions

Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Most table games contribute 10%. Live dealer games contribute 5%. Certain slots and games are excluded from bonus play entirely. A full list of excluded games is available in the promotions section of the platform.

5.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or hand is $5. Bets above this limit during an active bonus void the bonus and any winnings derived from bets that exceeded the limit.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage, or by using funds transferred from another player will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at management discretion and are final.

5.5 General Bonus Rules

Bonuses are non-transferable. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated in promotional terms. Free spins expire 7 days after they are credited. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.

6. Casino Games

All casino games are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) audited by an independent third-party testing lab. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform, by previous results, or by the size of wagers placed. RTP figures stated on game information pages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds.

Technical issues during a game round that prevent the result from being determined will result in the bet being voided and the wagered amount returned to your account. Completed game rounds where a result was displayed are considered final and cannot be reversed.

7. Sports Betting

All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before your bet is confirmed. If the odds change between your selection and confirmation, the platform will display the new odds for your review before finalizing the bet.

Bets on events that are postponed will be settled according to the rescheduled event if it takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. Events postponed beyond this window will have bets voided and stakes returned.

NoLimitCoins reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing error. Notification of voided bets will be sent to the account holder's registered email.

The minimum single bet is $0.50. Parlays require minimum odds of -150 per leg. Maximum payout per betting slip is $25,000 for standard accounts.

8. Responsible Gaming

NoLimitCoins provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. Deposit limits, session time limits, wagering limits, and self-exclusion options are available in account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

If your account is closed for reasons not related to violation of these terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method within 14 business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

NoLimitCoins is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time of the issue. We are not responsible for losses caused by internet outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support will be referred to the relevant regulatory authority. By using the platform you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through our internal support process before pursuing any external legal action.

13. Amendments

NoLimitCoins may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version takes effect from the date shown at the top of this page.
